- Requirements: Secondary degree + 60 months experience OR bachelor’s degree + 36 months experience.
- 35 hours of project management training required.
PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA®) Training
- Develop expertise in business analysis for project success.
- Covers needs assessment, planning, analysis, and evaluation.
- Requirements: 8,000 hours of BA experience (or 4,500 with a bachelor’s degree) + 35 BA training hours.
PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®) Training
- Gain deep knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
- Requirements: 2,000 hours of general project experience + 1,500 hours in Agile projects + 21 Agile training hours.
Product Management Training
- Learn how to build and manage successful products using Agile and Lean methodologies.
- Covers roadmapping, user research, market fit, and stakeholder management.
- Requirements vary based on the course level (beginner to advanced).
